It also helps plump up cells with moisture and nutrients. Unlike some creams that have alcohol in them, it won't cause eye irritation but like A. Terran said, keep out of the eyes ;) We need to have that on as a legal disclaimer so people don't actually put it on their eyeball but eyelids, bags under the eyes and crows feet are totally fine.

The smell should be very light and does dissipate rather quickly. We are developing some products with a light natural fragrance because quite a few people have asked for it. But we found that most people with damaged, sensitive skin can't handle fragrances, even essential oils. Answer:	Hi Gata,Thanks for the question.There are different forms of Vitamin C. When you are talking about L'Ascorbic Acid this can be true because L'Ascorbic Acid requires a very low pH to be stable, and niacinamide a bit higher (5+). Our Vitamin C is derived from Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which is a highly stable form of Vitamin C and requires a higher pH, as niacinamide. This is why we are able to successfully make the combination. Hope this helps!
Question:	I'm looking for a product for my dry, flaky facial skin. I see "cetyl alcohol" in the ingredients. Doesn't "alcohol" dry out theskin
Answer:	I googled this about cetyl alcohol. "Cetyl Alcohol is a fatty alcohol used as an emulsion stabilizer and opacifier, adding body and viscosity to creams and lotions, and improving texture and feel with its characteristic velvety texture. It imparts emollient properties to formulations due to its absorption and retention in the epidermis where it lubricates and softens the skin. Useful in creams, lotions, and scrubs; it can also be used to increase the melt point and improve the texture of whipped butters and lotion bars." All that said, I wouldn't choose this cream for dry, flaky skin...it seemed a little thin to me (which I like as I'm using other products as well). I encourage you to check out cetyl alchohol; it sounds like it actually enhances lotion's ability to moisturize by forming a barrier that water can't penetrate thereby preventing dry skin. Just my two cents. I hope it helps and that you find a great lotion for your skin.

Answer:	SPF is a chemical based measure. We use micro algae for natural UV protection, blocking 93% of UV radiation (equivalent to SPF15).

Answer:	This is an airless pump. You need to prime it by pumping it 15-20 times or till the product starts dispensing. Do not puncture the self sealing plastic at the nozzle. Once punctured airless bottle does not work. here is another trick: Open up a paper clip and push one end through a tiny hole in the bottom of the bottle. push it up gently as you are pumping, this will push the movable diaphragm up and push the product out. Once the product starts dispensing, pump will continue to work.
