Answer:	As long as they can use a zipper yes. Recommend keeping the strap off of it for a four year old.
Question:	How many figures does this actually hold. Item description says 32, a purchaser's answer says 12, that's a pretty big difference
Answer:	I bought this for my nephew so I’m not sure exactly how many he has in there. I imagine you can fit 32 of the smaller figures. (Now way can you put in 32 Pain-yatas 😉), but he definitely has more than 12 in there. I can check and then update the answer.
