Answer:	I would guess it stays cold for about 15-20 minutes. Max 30 min, but I don't think I ever wore it longer than that. It starts to get condensation and drip within that time. The layer of gel beads is thin. But my face got really cold within 5 minutes.

Question:	How long can ot be microwaved
Answer:	Keep in mind.. microwaves vary by household. Many have stated that theirs have exploded.. but if you overheat anything in an air tight container (from room temp) for 30 seconds or more.. well you get the picture. Start in 10 second intervals check for desired heat and add 10 more seconds as needed. I've had mine (the original purchase) a little over a year alternating from hot and cold and have no issues.

Answer:	I wouldn't heat it up for that long. I would start at 15 seconds and work up. It depends on the microwave used. To answer your question you'll need to try it and see.
