Answer:	They are quite similar in size. The tip of the Dreamgirl is a bit pointier than the Slim Fit and the base of the Dreamgirl is flared a bit wider than the Slim Fit base. I know that doesn't help that much. If you like the color, I'd try the Dreamgirl. if not, I'd go for the purple Slim Fit. I hope this helps a least a little bit. Question:	Are these smaller than Mack's ultra soft? I am using them now, and they hurt
Answer:	Yes, they are smaller. If you look at the base (you can see it in the pictures of the product on Amazon), you will see a four-pronged opening that has a hole that penetrates into the center of the plug. This hollow helps the foam compress better when you roll it in your fingers before fitting into your ear. So it is smaller and thinner than the other size and easier to insert. I have tried the extra-soft Mack’s brand, plus two other storebrands. This is the only earplug that doesn’t hurt when I use it. It doesn’t cut the sound 100% for me, maybe close to 90%, but more than enough to get good sleep.

Answer:	Yes! I purchased these for this reason. My husband has to have a fan on high to sleep and I drives me absolutely bonkers bc I need silence. The smaller clear ear plugs are the best noice canceling ear plugs ever!

Answer:	The filters reduce (do not eliminate) noise up to 29-decibels. For instance, if there is a 80-decibel noise, it will reduce it to a 51-decibels (+/- 3-decibels). This is noise reduction technology only.

Answer:	No. it blocks VERY little. I got it because I have a noise sensitivity. I also have two dogs who sleep in kennels in our bedroom, but are on padded pillows. One of them is a licker as well. Answer:	Theses earplugs have a noise reduction rating of 33 decibels, which is quite a lot. That will definitely protect you from excessive sound levels at movies, but it might also interfere with your ability to hear the soundtrack. Also, foam earplugs tend to reduce the high frequencies more than the lower frequencies, so the movie won't sound quite as intended. For movie going, you might be happier with a type of ear plug specifically made for movies or concerts. These typically won't reduce the sound level as much as foam ear plugs, and some products claim to maintain a more natural sound (reducing all frequencies more equally). I haven't tried any of these products myself, but you can find them on Amazon by searching for movie ear plugs or concert ear plugs. It looks like they are more expensive than foam ear plugs, but generally they are re-usable.

Answer:	The ear tips/plugs are actually the foam earplug type, so it would not be washable. But the entire ear wing is a combination of silicone and plastic and that part is washable to reuse. This unit comes with 3 interchangeable ear tips (S, M, L) but once they reach their time and use, it will be garbage. So this unit is not totally reusable.
