Answer:	Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Sesame oil is most beneficial when the dry quality is in excess, making it excellent for balancing Vata. Its heating nature can also be good for Kapha, though take care in cases of excess Kapha due to its heavy and building qualities. Coconut Oil is soothing, cooling, and easily absorbed which makes it an excellent massage oil for Pitta or for any time you feel the need to cool down and hydrate your body. Answer:	that would depend on how much oil you have used...a small amount as a conditioner won't hurt. i usually leave it on my head overnight, but i am using a large enough amount to make certain i have reached my scalp, so my hair is fairly oily after application. i gently warm the oil so i can feel it hitting my my roots. i use a gentle ayurvedic shampoo after using.

The plastic that we use is PET (#1) and HDPE (#2), which is highly recyclable. Fewer resources (water, electricity, mining equipment, etc.) are used in the production of the plastic bottles versus glass; and given the lighter weight and durability of these plastics compared to glass, there is a smaller carbon footprint created by the shipping of these materials. PET and HDPE are BPA-free and considered safe as containers, though they should not be re-used. We use glass containers instead of plastic for any products that are filled hot (i.e. balms, ghee, Chyavanprash). Thank you again.
