Answer:	I would suggest using one of their moistened towlettes to remove make up, or even one like the Neutrogena make-up removal non-rinse wipes. Use a couple to remove as much make up as possible. I use the towlettes on my eye make-up, and they at least weaken the integrity of waterproof mascara/liner. I even use it on my lips, and just wipe them dry with a tissue. Make sure your eyes are also dry before opening them.THEN I use the toner, which does remove traces of make-up still on the skin. I run that over my eyes as well, and under them in particular, but the same thing applies, make sure they're dry before opening them. I also, personally, use the brightening even-tone moisturizer.I've seen huge changes to my facial tone and feel. I feel like I've erased five years. I'm 38, and someone guessed I was 26, so...I can't complain. The only advice I have is, once you have a routine, stick to it. I've only gotten a (minor) breakout the one night I skipped the whole process because I was tired.

Answer:	I would say that it's a cross between a cream and an ointment. It's definitely on the slimy side but absorbs quickly (at least on my very dry feet). I typically put it on after a shower and then put socks on. I don't ever notice my feet sliding or anything. There are no stains on my socks. I don't think that I'd slather it on and then get right into bed. I hope this helps!
