How to change your password:

1. Press twice the green button until the yellow light flash, then enter your old password

Answer:	Hi.... There is no "manual unlock" option, but the "override" is via an external micro USB port where you can give the lock power from the outside ( from a powerbank etc.) and thus be able to unlock it via the normal way /keypad. Hope this helps.

Question:	Does it make a sound when you enter the code? Can sound be turned off
Answer:	I use it as my front door key pad. However, I wouldn't suggest this lock for something that gets a lot of use like the front door. I'm switching it out for something is a little more of a quality product that can withstand such use. The problems that I have had with this product as a front door is (1) the buttons have to be pushed slowly and with some concentration. Meaning, it's not a simple click, click, click... (2) If you choose autolock, it's kind of a pain in the butt because it will lock everytime you walk through the door. However, there is a unlock feature that works well and when you want it locked you actually have to push the lock symbol (bottom right of keypad). (3) The biggest problem I had was with regard to customer care. At some point the latch was not protruding as far as it should and therefore was not closed and locked all the way. When I called for assistance in troubleshooting I was told that they would mail me a part but it has been about a month since that call (in which I did submit proof of purchase) and there still has been no mailed part or response on their part.

Answer:	It is easy, just be careful with the wires, making sure they connect, can be frustrating if they don't, but the user manual is not 100% correct on install in regards to that, but otherwise just need a phillips and batteries.
Question:	Can someone tell me the measurement from back of plate( where keypad is) to front of handle
Answer:	You have the option of auto-lock and it has several timing options. Mine is set to lock in 15 seconds. This is regardless if you are entering or exiting. I don't know how the lock would be able to determine that anyway.
Question:	How do you know when you need to change the batteries
Answer:	I use this on my external garage door and we live in Oregon which has a lot of rain.

Answer:	Hello, Yes it is water resistant this lock can be used for exterior lock or interior lock.

Answer:	Oh it lights up. Good luck getting the lock to actually work though. There’s four hours I’ll never have back.

Answer:	Yes these locks can be rekeyed at any hardware store.
Question:	I see that you can set a time for self locking. Can you by-pass self-locking altogether
Answer:	Hello, I would suggest a full factory reset that is when you take out 1 battery for 10 seconds and reinsert then press the lock button 3 times quickly one after the other. The lock will give you a green light.
