Answer:	My wife did’t like it either. Did not work.
Question:	The description for the gray one says “runs on a single AA battery (not included)” but everyone seems to say it uses 2. Is it still 2, for sure
Answer:	This version of Toilettree nose trimmer is their grey fat (wide body) version. Its body is wider than the skinnier silver version. I assume the wider body is for a more powerful motor. The wider version uses 2 AA batteries. The skinny version uses 1 AA. (See ToilletTreeProducts website). The obvious advantages of wider version having (probably) larger motor and (defineately) twice the batteries would be signifigantly more torque. Double the batteries means double the amps, which means batteries capable of providing double the torque, if the motor is also larger. The wider body suggests a larger motor to me. So I think the wide version should be more capable when a person has thick nose hairs. Also, the wider version's batteries would last longer. So you wouldn't have to change batteries as often. This is one of the widest nose trimmers I've seen from any brand, and the only affordable one that that has 2 AA batteries. All others have only 1 AA. In my experience, 1AA works fine for a month, then is to weak in the knees for thick nose hairs. Having 2 AA and (probably) a larger motor would be great. With 2 AA the batteries should last me 2 months, if Duracell Alkaline (best alkaline, IMO). However, I will use 2 AA Energizer Lithium batteries. That will keep amps (torque) and volts (rpm) at full performance signifigantly longer than alkaline batteries can. I am an electronic hobbyist and professional computer tech (with thick nose hairs - eek).

Answer:	Yes but it doesn’t charge while on so if the batteries are really low it won’t cut as efficiently. Also it’s a dry shaver so u can’t use it with water especially if plugged in 💡. It’s best to keep it plugged in when not in use so it’s powerful when needed. Also DO NOT use a brush on the foil and only use an air blower or can to clean t ncz the foil will break if brushed bcz the bristles get caught in them and break it.

Answer:	When you open your package, charge your shaver for 18 hours before the first shave. The shaver cannot be overcharged, so you may charge it as often as desired. Answer:	Absolutely. There us a trick to not getting bumps eith standard shavers. Heat opens pores and cold closes them. Moisturized closed pores leave the skin free from the irritation that causes bumps. With this dry shaver thwre is no need to open up the pores. There are three different foil levels u can buy I recommend getting comfort close at first so your hair folicles get adjusted tonthe new form or trimming then graduate to the ultra clean foil when u are ready. After each use it’s best to moisturize your scalp to avoid irritation. Also do not use a brush on the foils to avoid damage. Thank me later

Answer:	My option is that sideburns and beards are too heavy for this small trimmer (I wear a beard)...It's great for trimming mustaches. I use a 1" wide electric barber's hair clipper for beard.

Answer:	I suppose it depends on how thick the hair is. With no guards it can cut pretty well. The hair on my own head is finer than my beard of course, so yeah I think it would work. With no guards on it cuts my beard hair pretty decent. Like I say it's not a replacement for a real beard trimmer, but works great in tight areas. It's about the size of a tooth brush and the head is very small, so you can do almost anything as far as designs. Hope that helps. :)
