Answer:	No. It does not run when charging. Nor does it run if it's fully charged and plugged in. Unlike 4 previous Norelco shavers I've had, this model does not work as a corded shaver. This is a serious drawback in my opinion.EDIT: I ended up returning this model 2100, and getting the model 3100 which DOES run when it's charging and whenever it's plugged in. Model 3100 costs $10 more ($39.95) and is worth it to have a shaver that works both as a cordless and a corded shaver. Answer:	Yes, if your military keep on in your locker or glove compartment. Just don't press hard because you'll cut yourself or break the razor. This has saved my ass many times when burning the midnight oil and didn't buy new blades for my razor and wanted to avoid getting rash, razor burn and ingrown hair because of a old blade. I have sensitive skin and shaving wet with this blade cuts close with little bit pressure but I develop a rash. So I dry shave after pt just incase they do a inspection. This saved me many times and only once I got a comment to replace the blade on my razor, lol.

Answer:	I concur with a lot of the other answers in that it is the best razor clipper whatever that I have ever used downstairs. You DO have to pull your skin taut at certain places or you will nick yourself. I've only just now done this experiment, so I don't know about irritation level when it starts to grow back, which has been the biggest deterrent to doing this in the past. If anyone has some feedback on how the growing back process is in terms of irritation and itching, etc, please reply!

Answer:	The Philips/Norelco S3310/81 shaver I've just received from Amazon is "Made in Netherlands | Designed in Netherlands". It is rare these days I think.

Answer:	The battery life is quite good. I only need to charge once every few months, shaving once a day.
Question:	The amazon description says travel case, charging stand, quick clean pod with cleaning cartridge are included. i received none of these. what gives
Answer:	If you don't want to be bothered with charging or it dying out while shaving, the 1150 Norelco is a better choice, and you'll never have to buy a battery for it. Eventually, all battery rechargeables will need replacing the battery or throwing out. Electric only will last almost indefinitely.
Question:	So is this waterproof? My husband can use it while shaving in the shower and not worry about it getting soaked
Answer:	YES! On page 11 it states IMPORTANT Only use the power cord provided to charge the Shaver. The Power Plug TRANSFORMS 100-240V AC to less than 24V DC. BUT Do Note that you might require a European or other Plug adaptor as the plug is the standard to prong USA style. I hope this assists you!

Question:	Is it a personal device or it can be used by more then one person through sterilization
Answer:	The tip can be cleaned/sterilized and therefore be shared; it's easy enough even to remove it with the quick-release button on the handle. Tips can be ordered so everyone has their own. I shared mine with my brother by simply washing the tip under hot running water and we both survived. The waterpik itself is worth every penny and works fine. If you buy the children's waterpik (model WP-260W /WP-300W) which is every bit as powerful as the "adult" models you can travel worldwide with it as I just did with mine since it is geared to 110 and 240volts. All that's necessary is the small 2-prong attachment so it plugs into European wallplugs. I used mine in France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Denmark with perfect ease. It's small and light and packs well into my overnight case. I will never be without my children's model waterpik!
Question:	How long are the cords? Long enough that you don't have to feel you need to keep your head too close to the unit to use the flosser
Answer:	The cord that plugs into the wall is almost 4 1/2 ft. The cord to the water pik part is over two feet and coils nicely back into the holder after use. Don't worry, you won't have to have your face all up to the unit. The pik is well made and i've had no problems. Just make sure you prime it properly before each use (the pamphlet says only first use). If the unit starts sucking air, it takes a minute to re-prime it. I just do this by allowing the unit to sit for a minute after filling with water and let gravity pull the water into the unit. Then, make sure the pic and cord are lower than the unit before powering on. Still one of the best purchases I ever made after almost a year :)
Question:	Never had a device of this type. Can you use a solution, like hydrogen peroxide & mouthwash, instead of water
Answer:	Hey Barry! Thank you for contacting ReCreativeConcepts.Although warm water is clinically proven to be very effective, you can definitely use mouthwash in your Waterpik system. While peroxide is not mentioned specifically, I don't think it would be an issue as it's not a harsh chemical, and it is not abrasive. Never use bleach or bleach dilution, pure essential oils (such as tea tree oil), baking soda, iodine, or salt in your unit.Here are some helpful instructions:To use standard mouthwash:1 Add a small amount of mouthwash to a reservoir filled with warm water. Question:	My understanding is that I can get two kinds of piks (WP-100 and WP-450) when buying this. Is it right
Answer:	No. There are multiple packages. The WP 450 is a cordless version and while big, can be used for travel. The package shown is not the package with the WP450. It has a smaller reservoir type unit that they call a travel unit but it is way too cumbersome. I thought I was ordering the package with the WP-450 based on the description on the Amazon site but they shipped the one attached. Don't be misled.
