Answer:	This is perminant tattoo ink..If applied with a needle to the skin it is like any other tattoo ink...perminant. However if you choose to use it for anything else other than tattooing, it's just like regular ink.

Answer:	I had the same issue until I decide to apply directly after taking shower and drying-off. After I was dry I applied the gel and then continued with other grooming (brushing hair etc.) by the time, it was time to put on my shirt, the gel was dry. I hope this helps.
