As usual, also impossible to decipher all that crap; however, this toothpaste DOES have a somewhat sweet taste but that could very well be natural. Wish I could be more help but I have a suggestion: Go to Whole Foods, if there is one in your area, and they carry this toothpaste. Check it out yourself to see if it does have any sugar. Sorry can't be of more help.
