Answer:	There is a spot for two piks, any you choose. It is to the side of the water tank. You have to store the rest separately.

Answer:	Got mine July 11, 2017, just started bugging out this week. I've used it an avg. of 3x/day for over two years, and the pressure is now going away. So glad you posted this q. and answers! Question:	How loud is the WP-660? I own the WP-65W and it sounds like something you might hear at a construction site
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.
Question:	Can I use this in China? The household voltage 220V in China

Answer:	Really well. I’ve used ‘large floss’ after using the irrigator and it’s clear the irrigator has done the job. This may vary depending on your type of implant and I know some people continue to use various types of floss and other mechanical methods once a week, but use the irrigator the rest of the time.
Question:	I have some bridges and sensitive teeth. Will this work well for me
Answer:	My upper teeth are those “teeth in a day” (that actually took 13 months) and it works fine. If your teeth are sensitive, I’d use lukewarm water.

Answer:	I have used a generic mint mouth rinse a couple of times, not Listerine brand. It works just fine. I dilute it in water so I don't fill the entire reservoir with mouth rinse solution.

Answer:	You can, but you should avoid using any type of essential oils (be careful that your mouthwash does not contain any) as they will ruin the plastic over time and your waterpik won’t last as long. FYI Listerine contains several essential oils (eucalyptol, menthol, methyl salycilate, and thymol) If you do use mouthwash in your waterpik, be sure to run clean water through after each use to avoid this problem regardless...

Answer:	This product could be made anywhere. I am not sure why the product UPC is not in the product description details. The Amazon identifier does not let us know where the product is made, or does it. I'm going with the water pic,at least I know where it is made I think.

Answer:	2 year Replacement warranty - best one could ask for. Mine leaked and the company sent a replacement ASAP. Basically, best not to leave water or other 'solution' in the thing - empty after each use and purge the hose and tip. PS: 11/2019 Looks as if Tariffs have set in based upon current price.

Answer:	Just like the corded model when you start out with a water pik you can’t use the highest setting. You have to work up to it. Just like an electric toothbrush.

Answer:	The 4100 has lithium battery, the series 2 uses NiMH. 4100 can be put on charger daily. Series 2 needs to have a drained battery before recharging. The 4100 also has a pressure sensor. I had the same question, and this is the response I got from Phillips.

Answer:	I haven’t noticed anything like that at all. After every time I brush my teeth, I take my hand towel (a little damp), and remove the toothbrush head, wipe that off, and I also I wipe off the handle itself as well as the metal bar at the very top that the toothbrush clicks on to. It may seem tedious, but it literally takes me less than 60 seconds and I do think it’s good practice and helps prevent any sort of build up/accumulation.

Answer:	I only have the pro 500 so I can not say for sure, but I believe they are the same. I ordered the pro 500 and the owner's manual that came with it was for the Vitality.
