Answer:	This is exactly what happened to me. I went through Philips for my warranty claim. They couldn’t find the model number but sent me a similar model that I later discovered did not have Bluetooth capability.

Answer:	Nothing that I’m aware of. I was disappointed by its failure just after a month (beyond the return period) and received only a partial refund. I have since purchased a less expensive Sonicare that isn’t as good but it works!

Answer:	Hi there! I don't know why they posted those numbers as the measurements since that would be a tiny backpack. I thought it was strange too when I first looked at it but figured it was a typo. My daughter is a petite 7 year old (48 inches tall, 43 pounds, wears size 7 clothes) and the backpack is a tad big for her but she likes it and it fits her homework folder and school stuff plus lunchbag so it's worked fine for her.
