Answer:	I generally use one for 2-3 weeks at a time and haven't noticed any issues doing so. I just use one until it feels worn out (they do get "softer" over time). I used to wear "daily" disposable contact lenses for a week or more as well without any problems. I could be wrong, but it seems to me these companies want you to go through their products quicker than necessary so they can sell more products.

Answer:	Yes, and it’s very comfortable. Works great for grinding teeth and lasts longer than I expected

Answer:	You may. Using one of the larger guards would likely allow enough room to mold it. However, once molded it may be too bulky (thick) to be comfortable.
Question:	How long is this guaranteed
Answer:	it wraps around my teeth. It could depend on the size of the mouth. I have a rather small mouth. I hope that this is helpful
