Answer:	I noticed the 18oz. bottle has 0.05% fluoride because it meant to be used 1 time daily. And the larger 38oz. bottle only has 0.02% fluoride because it’s me at to be used 2 times a day. First I called and spoke to someone responsible for answering such questions, she sent me a list for the product we spoke about. I am assuming that it does contain coconut sometimes based on the market at the time. I don't know about glycerin and milk, I didn't give much thought to glycerin. Tom's says they get it from vegatable oil. Good luck
