Answer:	It is ABSOLUTELY matte! I was wanting one that was totally matte also, and couldn't be happier. If first considered the Kat Von D palette, but at $48 it was a bit pricey. This BYS palette is perfect!!

Answer:	I didn't purchase the Berries collection. The one I have is the BYS Matte Eyeshadow Palette. The ingredient list on mine states: talc, mica, paraffinum liquidum, magnesium stearate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dimethicone, methylparaben, propylparaben, BHT, silica dimethyl silylate.
