CONTOURING BASED ON YOUR FACE SHAPE

Forehead:

If you want to create a smaller looking forehead, apply it around the hairline and avoid the center of the forehead. For a taller looking forehead apply it only on the sides avoiding the top part of the forehead. If your forehead is small and you’re trying to achieve an illusion of a bigger one, avoid the contour in this area. For blending the contour use a contour brush or fingers and mimic circle-like motions, blending the product seamlessly into the hairline.



Cheekbones:

They are supposed to be the widest part of the face, so for this reason you want to enhance their natural shape. Start by sucking your lips so they create a vacuum, even though you might consider this funny – trust us this is one of the most efficient techniques, this way you can clearly see the cheekbone line. Starting from the middle of the year all the way until the beginning of the lip follow your natural cheekbone line. When your blending the contour with your brush, make sure you only bring the product up with circular motions. Even though the product has to be nicely blended, there should be an almost invisible line dividing the cheekbone and the rest of the face.



Jawline:

Draw a line underneath your jawline so you can create more depth and hide any imperfections. When blending this part make sure you only pull the product downwards and move the brush in circular motions.



Nose:

This is something that a lot of people leave behind because of the fear of doing it wrong, when in reality it is quite simple. Look at your nose and try seeing the two lines laying vertically along the sides. Draw with your Contour over them leaving the tip of the nose untouched. You may want to use fingers to blend the nose contour for more precision, take your ring finger and gently pull the product sideways until it blends with your foundation. Keep in mind that the middle of the nose should have no Contour because it is reserved for the highlight and that’s going to create the bridge of the nose.

Answer:	I apply after primer or foundation and blend well with a sponge, then finish with setting powder.

Answer:	If you have oily skin like me, you will probably need to add some powder product also. At least for me is not a long lasting contour without powder.

Answer:	There are four colors available for this product: light/med, med/tan, deep, and universal. I think she is asking why does the coloring of the photo of the light/med color stick look exactly like the photo of the deep color stick. On my page the med/tan color stick and the deep color stick are the same. Maybe they corrected the light color photo but not the med/tan one? In any case, I would like to know which is the right photo. They can't both be correct.

Answer:	I would say it depends on what look are you looking for, I’m light brown skin and I go for a natural look and I bought the light to medium. The product has a very good pigmentation, so it all depends on how much product you apply.

Answer:	It’s not really a bronzer. There’s a matte brown for contour and then the blush and a sparkly highlight. None of them have been patchy in my experience.

Contour Your Face In 3 Simple Steps

Step 1. Contour:

Use narrow side of brush. Blend bronzer in a '3' shape along hairline, under cheekbones, and along jaw.

Step 2. Blush:

Use wide side of brush. Apply blush onto cheekbones above bronzer and blend.

Step 3. Highlight:

Use finger to sweep above cheekbones, on center of forehead, bridge of nose, and down to chin.
