I will say that this is the better one though if you like your eyeliner to go on smoothly without the pencil breaking. It doesn't smudge very easily either. I've rubbed my eyes a lot because of allergies and will see it on my hands, but it has never actually come off at all! Which is a miracle! I love this eyeliner more than my usual liquids actually. I've even been able to do the cat eye. It's smooth and gives you more control of use. That's my personal opinion. But no, it's not waterproof. But it is swear and allergy proof, being that I suffer from that and it's always kept on, so that's something. Hope this helps 11 months late. 💖 |
