Answer:	No. This product is without bleach. You're better off goin' to sallys- get some blue powdered bleach and say 20 vol developer-- then you'll lift 7 levels of hair lightness. This is probably 20-30 vol developer and will only lighten you about 2 shades. Bleach and then tone your hair with a beige blonde with a 5-20 vol developer (esp if the toner is a darker than your post-bleach hair, go for the 5 volume)

Answer:	Yes! It states 100% gray coverage on the box, but different shades work differently on mine. Some last longer on my grays than others. This one lasted for about 3 weeks (for me) before I had to do some root touch ups.
