Answer:	I purchased this brush because, wooden bristled brushes are actually supposed to be great for any hair type. They discourage static and frizz, are very gentle (especially on dry or damaged hair) and help distribute natural oils the full length of your hair. I have found all of that to be true. I have always looked like I had twice as much hair as I actually do because of my dry, frizzy hair. I have tried a lot of products that did not live up to their hype. This brush has made all the difference in the world. My hair still leans towards being dry but it is not a frizzy/puffy mess after I brush it. This brush also has widely spaced pins which not only makes de-tangling easier but there seems to be less snagging and breakage. I do not have curly hair, mine is wavy but I think the widely spaced pins will work exceptionally well on curly hair. When my hair is wet after washing it, I have a wood comb I use initially but this is the brush I use when my hair is dry. I love this brush and wished I had purchased it years ago.

Answer:	Hey there, I got this for my wife who has thick hair and she loves it, My daughter who has a very thin hair use it all the time as well especially on trips and she likes it as well and wants one for xmas. I do not think blow drying would make it stick because it is made out of wood and it has a cushion part that is rubber like but very smooth. THey do not use blower often but my hunch based on its built it would be OK.
