Answer:	I don’t know if it’s needed per se, but I love it. It gives my scalp a good work out. Can’t wait to use it. Hate to stop. Makes my scalp feel so good!

Answer:	I've never had that problem but I do detangle my hair before I use it. I don't use it like a comb or anything like that. I put it on my scalp and gently move in circular motions for a few seconds and I pick it up to move to a new spot and repeat. If you drag it across your whole scalp, my reasoning would say, yes, you will tangle your hair for sure.

Question:	Does this product help with frizz and flyaways
Answer:	No. This product is to help make your hair stronger so it doesn't break as much when you highlight or color it. If you want no frizz and flyaways, you need to put keratin back into your porous hair. The best product for that is the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Ginger Treatment. Yes, it's expensive (I got my bottle for $18 on Amazon for about 5 ounces) but you use it once a month and OMG what a difference you will see!!! Trust me, I've researched and tried every product under the sun! I was even going to get one of those Keratin Treatments until I found out ALL of them have formaldehyde (even the ones that say they don't). Having had cancer in the past, I do not wish to do anything that will bring it back hence the no formaldehyde. So I researched other ways and tried the Paul Mitchell product I mentioned. I now have smooth hair most of the time. Hope this helped.

Answer:	Just buy it from a salon and you'll know it's the real deal. Your only saving about $4 buying it off amazon but your also adding to diversion when purchasing it here. Olaplex works really hard to stop sellers on Amazon. This will be reported.

Answer:	Stayed a year back at one of these boutique hotels and used some of the mini shampoo bottles, natural blond hair never treated or colored but it was completely ruined. Did get a little improvement with some 200 shampoo and conditioner but this solved the tangled messy look completely. This is after just a few times of 10 minutes and hanging in the sauna for heat. So then cvs was out of the frida brand of conditioner and i just grabbed the brunettte. Well that made it quite brown soninguess it’s good for color. Then got the lightning conditioner and after all this stupid trust in a mainstream brand it’s blond again and not frizzy. I’ll let it rest and do this olaplex 3 product again. Really worked in this case, recommend for natural blond. Amazed something worked after oils, exoensive conditioners did not. It was literally breaking a lot every day for a year too. Just do it a little and wash it out, it’s very effective and i think it better to not overdo a good thing.

Answer:	I am a licensed beautician of 24yrs. This IS the real product. I have had it in my Salon for years. Since the pandemic I wasn't able to get it quick enough from my supplier so I ordered it from Amazon. Question:	Will this dryer work on very short fine hair where all I want is smooth volume? Could kick myself for not paying better attention to what stylist did
Answer:	The one point to consider is that the brush is quite large. If your hair is very short I'm not sure how you would build volume if you are unable to wrap brush around hair. I love this dryer but you may be better off looking at dryer brushes (and there are plenty) that are similar in size to a curling iron. At least you would have a chance of building volume. Cheers

Answer:	I received, but 110 watts does not suit me, how can I change to 220 volts?

Answer:	This same thing happened to me. Had it for 8 months and had just used it, maybe 12 times. I called the manufacturer (Amazon provides that information), told them what happened and they sent me a new one. I called on monday and today (friday) it came in. It took only 4 days!! :D Just make sure to have your dryer at hand when you call.
Question:	What is the watts/wattage for this product
Answer:	I'm going to guess you might have wanted to know how much wattage this dryer has ie how much "blow power" it has. I looked high and low for this information because if this was going to be a styling tool with 4-500 watts of power it was going to take 5 days to dry my hair and I didn't want it. I finally found the information on a hardware store sight of all places and they listed the wattage as 1100 watts. That seems about right. It is quite powerful and dries my curly hair smooth and bouncy quite quickly as long as I do sections of hair at a time. I have no explanation why Revlon does not list the watts on the pamphlet or on the actual unit so no fault to Amazon. It might have been on the box but I've since thrown it away. Women need to know if there is a little stream of air blowing, a full force dryer or something in between. I'd say this is in between but blows really well. I love this and if you've been using other blow style round brushes this will be the best one you'll ever own. There is a great U tube video where a girl with a bob demonstrates how to use it and I found it very helpful, including how to hold the unit top and bottom and roll roll roll to get gorgeous results. Answer:	Hair shed is normal. On average you lose 100 hair strands daily, if you do not brush daily you could have build up of damaged hair. If it is an abnormal amount of hair lost from your first use it could be reasonable to stop using this tool.
Question:	Can you use this with conditioner too
Answer:	I use it with both shampoo and conditioner. And be gentle with your scalp, you don’t need to be vigorous, and its easier to use with conditioner. If you have serious scalp issues you should always be gentle when shampooing and conditioning. You don’t want to irritate your scalp more. I use a gentle dandruff shampoo once a week. I leave the shampoo on my scalp for several minutes while I shower to let it work into the scalp. Be sure to rinse your scalp thoroughly. Keep your brush clean and if it is badly worn replace it. This has worked for me.

Answer:	I never figured that out. It works without it, so I threw it away.
Question:	What is the difference between other bottles shown that look identical but with different prices and ratings
Answer:	This kind of sprayer generally comes with three different types of bottles. The original type contained an inner soft bottle that kind of compressed as you used it meaning that you could get continuous spray even if it was upside down because there would be no air in it. The second type of bottle is a hard plastic bottle they're thick they aren't going to break easily but I had one of those and I dropped it it has a crack it's still usable but there is a crack on the outside. The third type of bottle which is this one it's a soft plastic bottle fairly flexible I know that I've dropped mine several times without having a crack or anything else.
Question:	When is my item going to ship? its been 10 days i still have no shipping date! i bought this on the first of july
