Answer:	No picture is showing the different designs. You are only purchasing one bottle.

Answer:	I'm thinking you probably figured it out by now but it just unscrews. There is a rubber gasket inside that keeps it very tight so some strength is needed. This is a fantastic spray bottle. I keep my Best Press in it.

Answer:	It depends on the bottle size. The 16.9 oz does come with a sprayer. The larger, 32-33oz and gallon sizes are for refilling so do not come with the sprayer. I have been buying Best Press for years and always get a sprayer with 16.9 oz with all the dififferent scents.

Answer:	honestly I'm pretty sure it will, but maybe not without some modification. the frame is (mostly) the same, but you might have to change out some parts first. It's a Seravee frame, but since it's a build diver custom, and despite owning both the HG Seravee and Seraphim gundams, I haven't tried it out yet.

Answer:	Unfortunately it will not fit without an adapter or some modification because it has very different conections.

Answer:	it's pretty straight forward as long as you follow the instructions. it does have some very small pieces like the visor for the head. if this is your first build, I recommend building a kit you're not afraid of messing up just to get a feel for it

Question:	Does this product contain silicone
Answer:	Yes, I have used it on my 15-year-old cat who developed a bad scabby dry-skin problem on her back that extended from her tail almost up to her shoulder blades. I took some of the cream full strength and rubbed it down through her fur into her skin. The first time she was irritated with me but I did it anyway. After the second time, she started approaching me to put it on her. A few applications, every 2-3 days, and it cleared up the problem and it hasn't come back after several months now. I love this product also for my dogs' hot spots-- they both are rescues, have abandonment issues, and overgroom at times. I dab this product onto the spots and it heals them and they leave it alone. I wish the scent were less strong, but it it natural scent of some kind and it goes away quickly. I have actually used this product on my hands and it healed winter chapped hands for same-day relief. I am so thrilled with this product as I'm very much an organic/natural person and a strong believer in enzymes as healing and cleaning agents.
Question:	Is it safe to use everyday
Answer:	If you're referring to the Zymox Otic which is a treatment for ears, this is a completely different product. This zymox enzymatic rinse is intended to follow the shampoo. However, you can use just the rinse "like" a shampoo or a "leave in" condition by diluting it (i use about 2 tablespoons - estimated measure, per 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water in a bucket) in a bucket of water and pouring it on your dog's fur and working it in. I do this after initially wetting my dog's coat (I let her swim in the pool lol) and then use house tap water, warm water, to put the enzyme rinse into, and pour that in and rub it all around in her fur. It helps my dog's skin issues go away; reduces yeasty smells and other odors; and has a pleasant fragrance. Do not get it in their eyes. And this is NOT an ear wash/treatment. This is a body conditioner. If you put some on a wash cloth and lightly wring it out, you can wash the external areas of your dog's ears but do not pour this into their internal, deeper part of their ear. The zymox "otic" is for the ears and that comes in a blue or red bottle depending on the strength of the active ingredients.

Question:	The regular it's a 10 is a liquid. Is this more of a liquid or a creamy lotion? Also, is it supposed to be purple
Answer:	The product is as thick as the conditioner you might use after shampooing. My guess is it's the bottle. I have had this happen on a few products. Some of the product can clog or it's just broken. It's easy to poor a small amount in your hand and evenly add to your hair. Don't add to much . Less is more this way. Consistency is thinner then lotion but close. I have used it for many years. I use a small amount on my dog. A Pomeranian and have for 5 years. I did allergy tests and it works for all that fur and undercoat. I have fine hair and not once has it appeared greasy after using it.

Answer:	I have used it’s a 10 products for a long time and I wasn’t aware of a leave in conditioner, just the leave-in product! I even searched the It’s a 10 site and none of the leave-in products said conditioner! The ones that said conditioner said to rinse them out! I can speak for the It’s a 10 leave-in product though and it is AMAZING on my hair! I don’t go without it!

Question:	Does this provide uv protection
Answer:	The fragrance is super strong and I found it so unpleasant that I got back in the shower to wash it out.
Question:	is this sulfate free
Answer:	I don’t think it’s a knock off product I will say though, it isn’t the same as the basic it’s a 10 leave in. With the original one I use very little and my hair is silky post shower.. for me neither defrizz... but the one I purchased you inquired about... it leaves my hair kinda knotty it is almost like it’s a thinner version of the original it’s a 10. I also expected to be wowed by the fragrance since it was a limited edition, and the bottle I got has a very faint clean smell in comparison to the original. If I had to choose this one or the original, it’s original hands down.
Question:	Is silicone in the ingredients list
Answer:	It’s a Ten makes one with Keratin, not this one. I love their products. Pricey, but they last awhile.
Question:	Can you still use this if you have thick hair
Answer:	This product is not designated for different hair colors so is safe to use on all hair colors whether natural or color-treated. There is only one formula, not hair color-specific formulas.
