Answer:	I haven't had that problem and over the last few months, I'm not sure that I've opened as many bottles as you have. It sounds like something is not 'on center' when you want to screw it in, so that you have to keep finding a better position. Sorry, I really have no idea how to deal with that ... Answer:	In theory, you can leave it plugged in. My practice has always been to unplug devices when they are charged.

Answer:	Did you contact customer service? I would urge you to do so if you haven't. As for the box, mine came white with Ozeri printed on it along with what the boxes contents are, a picture of the bottle and contents along with bar code and description. As for the 'bottle' shape container IT IS MATTE black with a small printed logo Ozeri. I am sure that the contents are just as useful without the print, but again. If this is an issue I would urge you to contact customer service it very well could have just been a minor printing over site. Good luck!

Answer:	I just bought a charger to go with mine today 6/17/19....still wondering why it didn't come with a charger!!!!!

Answer:	Mine worked for 2.5 years. Battery is not replaceable, because openers plastic body is glued, not screwed together. Yes, theoretically it's possible to take it apart, but not worth it - rechargeable battery bank for this opener cost almost as much as new opener. This type of battery can be recharged no more than 500-700 times . So after that - just dump into the garbage or take to battery recycling center.

Answer:	Yes, it does reverse. It works very well for the new synthetic corks. I have read that the foil cutter holder on top of the unit breaks, but I suspect that is because people turn it the wrong direction. I have no problem with the foil cutter or the unit am very happy with it.

Answer:	The great thing about this device is that it opens many bottles before needing a recharge. We just recharge it overnight. The manual says that it will take "up to 8 hours" to recharge.

This unit cannot be be disassembled and the typical battery life is as stated. I purchased mine December 31 of 2016 and as of October 29 of 2019 it opened (barely) it's last bottle of wine. Will be looking for another brand that might last a little longer, however this was a great opener for the time I had it.
