Answer:	Not getting into why you would need these in your carry-on . . . NO. They have a 6.5 inch blade. Longer than the permitted 4 inches from pivot point AND those must be sheathed. Just buy a pair and have them shipped to where you are going.

Answer:	I have used them several time on my Daughters hair and have not experienced and split ends. They really are Super Sharp and cut really good. I'm no professional though.

Answer:	They are right handed scissors. I just got them and hope they work. But I am a lefty. It's really frustrating when people false advertise.

Answer:	No rubber. Just stainless steel. I haven’t had a problem with them slipping around. But I don’t use them long enough and often enough to really know I guess

Answer:	It was not the country I thought I was getting them from. I asked in my search for German made and ended up with some third world country. Maybe Parkinson. I don't really remember. But I know they were not German made.
