Answer:	Yes but, the ties are too short for a lot of resturant high chairs so my simple fix was to tie ribbon at the ends which extended the length...works fine. This also prevents it from moving around much like the comments made by the other consumer. I had the same problem of it getting loose once my toddler moved around but the longer ties allows a nice tight tie and it does not come loose. Does not fit on extra large shopping carts like the ones you find at Costco. Congrats on the baby!!! 

Answer:	I don’t think I there is an age limit. It fits to the basket so as long as your child can sit in the front part of the basket it will fit. During the pandemic I use it without my child, since I have a place for my phone, wipes/sanitizer and keys. I can see my list on my phone thru the plastic so I don’t have to touch my phone with my hands.

Answer:	No. For us it worked once baby could sit independently. It has straps that attach to shopping cart and straps to hold baby in. It has a pillow/bumper on each side but for us that would not support our baby if they weren't able to sit upright without support.

Answer:	As of Sept 2020, the tag says it cannot be washed in a machine. I tried it any, using the cold washer settings. The blanket didn't do well in the spin cycle and it came out soaking wet, with water running off of it. However, I hung it on my drying rack and it was dry in about 18 hours.

I don't think I could have done that with the Moby.
