Question:	Can you wear socks along with these on
Answer:	I do ,I wear work boots and do have a heal spur, I am always on my feet, up and down, I walk about 5 miles per I phone ,lol. I put the compression sock first and make sure my regular sock does not roll up the compression sock up. After a day I remove my boots and remove sock and then compression sock and my foot is not swollen up nor I do not feel as much pain. Hope this helps you

Sometimes it just takes getting used to the feeling of something tight on your foot, as others have mentioned. Some of the reasons that it could feel too tight is if you have a wide foot or perhaps a thicker foot than what we used as the norm. The next size up could provide the comfort you are looking for. Question:	Are they machine washable
Answer:	Thanks for asking - we do prefer that they be hand-washed, especially if you don't have a delicate wash cycle. Another reason for hand-washing is because there is less likelihood of getting a snag. So if you do opt to go with machine washing - it would be best to put them in a separate laundry bag or at least make sure there is nothing in the washer like zippers or snaps that can catch the sock itself. If you opt to dry them in a dryer, please use the lowest heat setting. Hope this helps!

Question:	Will these be able to fit under a sock
Answer:	Yes, I wear mine under my socks. Under crew type socks thick or thin, no one even knows it’s there. I have mobility with stability.
Question:	I wear a size 8.5 or a 9 but my ankles and feet are very thin and bony. What size should I get
Answer:	You are the same shoe size as myself, and also have thin ankles and feet along with a thin body frame. For me, they were far too wide at the ankle in particular and provided little to no compression. I don't know if washing in hot water would help but I'm returning these and trying a small. I compared a sleeve I purchased previously with the new ones I received and the new ones (medium) are about 15mm longer (0.6 inches), 20mm (0.8 inches) wider at the top, and 10mm (0.4 inches) wider at the foot end. For me, they are baggy. My injured side has an even thinner ankle and calf due to bone and muscle loss from multiple surgeries and fusions, but the sleeve is also baggy on my good leg. Unfortunately, I cannot tell from my prior orders what size sleeve I purchased as that info isn't provided on Amazon's receipt (they only provide size for the last order). I have written to Profect to see if width has changed but my guess is I got a small previously. I do wish the size I got previous (presumably a small) was slightly longer to cover up higher but I can't use the mediums so guess I'm stuck.

Question:	The description says xs-xl. does this mean one size fits all? there is no place to specify a size, only a quantity
Answer:	I have mens 14, 4e (extra extra wide) feet and the velcro just barely connects around my foot but fits around my ankle just fine. You could always use something to wrap it or an extra piece of velcro, cut to whatever size you need. If you're smaller than me, you shouldn't have any problems.

Answer:	HAHA.....I had same issue initially but learned you just have to turn the ice pack vertical to install into the pocket then turn it horizontal once inside the pocket.

Answer:	Yes, however you shouldn't leave ice on any single area for more than 20 min at a time. Also, the ice pack will thaw after around 45 min. It is comfortable enough to sleep with it on in my opinion.

Answer:	I have washed it by hand and dried it on the floor heat vents. Seems fine. This is the best brace I've tried so far, although after 3 months during my recovery, it is beginning to fray at the edges...but it does affect the integrity of the brace itself. Good product.

Question:	would the gel conform if I wore it on my shin? I get bruised shins from ski boots, looking for something to protect my shin
Answer:	You could really pull this on and situate it on any part of your foot/ankle/leg that you like so it could work for that. But the gel is more of a cut out shape made to cover the back of the foot and achilles. I would suggest looking up products for "lace bite protection" as those will likely have a broader, more rectangular shape and be purpose made to cover the front of the foot/shin as they're meant to use with ice skates. Answer:	Really can’t give you an answer about their viability for dress shoes. But since they are only $10 probably worth a try.
Question:	What are dimensions? How thick and how wide
Answer:	3" wide x 1/4" thick. This may be a little unclear, though. The width is accurate but the thickness is harder to define. The actual thick cushion part is 1/4" thick. However the insert forms something like a cup to cradle the foot. It's higher on the sides. Obviously it tapers down in thickness towards the arch. Hope this helps. I wear a size 11.5 shoe and am about 205 lbs. I have the beginning of heel spurs in my right foot and I can tell you that these inserts have made pain management dramatically better. I can't speak to their longevity, but when they do finally wear out I will be getting another pair. Oh, yeah, I wear one in my left foot too. I don't really need it for pain, but it seemed good to keep the body balanced. No need to create more problems.
