I also sleep w/3 heating pads year round bcuz I have fibromyalgia & neuropathy. havent noticed that it does either (keep u cool or keep u warm). I will say I absolutely LOVE mine because it helps support the back, neck & knees when you are sleeping. It also helps minimize morning headaches & stiff neck. Plus it can b folded back as a back rest when your watching TV. Hope that helps. If not, please feel free to white me back. But I absolutely LOVE mine & hate it when I'm on vacation & cant take it with me. When you 1st get it, IG comes vacuum sealed n a smaller package. Answer:	Hello, sorry to know you only receive the sleeves, our pillow contains the pillowcase and stuffing, if you only receive part of it, please contact Amazon Customer Service and tell them your problem, then please ask for a replacement.

Answer:	Two materials for this pillow cover, Jersey and velvet. Velvet is very comfy to skin and Jersey material helps me stay cooling.

Answer:	You can move it up and down the pillow but you can not change how wide it is. Although it’s still very comfortable, I actually don’t use that feature often.

Answer:	This pillow is very good, which gives me a lot of support. When I bought it, it was a vacuum package. After I opened it, I gently patted it and immediately became fluffy. The whole pillow is very plump and the cover is very comfortable, highly recommended.

Question:	Is the head portion of the pillow low medium or high? Side midium or firm
Answer:	I would say the head area is flatter than the rest of the pillow. Nothing about the pillow was firm to me and I ended up throwing it away. It gets lumpy after a couple of uses.
Question:	How do you refluff the pillow? Mine has gone flat and has spots of missing foam within less than two weeks of having it
Answer:	I don’t think it’s possible, when I laid back on mine the outer stitching was pulled so tight when it was sewn it started popping, mine also quickly developed gaps and the stuffing didn’t redistribute itself at all, I haven’t tried to take the cover off because of the stitches already popping lose etc it may get worse and not be able put it back on... I left review about these issues and seller never reached out or commented to try to inquire about the issues etc

Answer:	It’s approximately 4ft lengthx 18-24 in. width. It has memory foam & foam pieces inside and is very comfortable.
Question:	Is this filled with memory foam or something else? I noticed reviews for 2020 says it’s not memory foam upon receiving
