Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Answer:	I'm not the law and I only know this from having lived in the U.S. for the past nearly 20 years; don't know exactly for what purpose you would want to put a child in a booster seat in the front passenger seat. According to the passenger restrictions and requirement of motorized vehicle, where a child needs to be on a restrain and the department of motor vehicle, children under the age of 12 and under 4'11" can't seat in the front passenger seat.

We had to get a new one once his little legs started growing he just wasn't comfortable. This Graco car seat has the head rest and the way he sits in it he falls asleep every time we get in get in the car if it's longer than a 15 min ride!!! Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Cleaning Instructions

• DO NOT lubricate or immerse in water any part of this child restraint, unless rinsing is permitted
• Plastic and metal parts may be wiped clean with mild soap and water and dried with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Take care not to damage any labels.
• The harness can be wiped clean with mild soap and water. Allow harness to air dry.
• Machine wash the seat pad separately in cold water, delicate cycle. Tumble dry 10 to 15 minutes on low heat.
• Periodically inspect and clean the restraint's crotch buckle of food, liquids, and other debris to ensure proper latching. Place the buckle in a cup of warm water and gently agitate the buckle back and forth. Press the red button several times while the buckle is in the water. Do not submerge the harness strap. To avoid damage to the buckle, do not clean the buckle with soap or detergents and do not use a lubricant.
