We had to get a new one once his little legs started growing he just wasn't comfortable. This Graco car seat has the head rest and the way he sits in it he falls asleep every time we get in get in the car if it's longer than a 15 min ride!!! Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Answer:	Hello, and thanks for your interest in the Top Side Booster! This fabric padding is not machine washable. The pad will need to be hand washed with warm sudsy water, rinsed clean and air dried. We cannot suggest using bleach or other harsh cleaners, nor can we suggest dry cleaning. I do want to clarify for you if the padding is washed/dried in the machine and it becomes damaged, this is not covered under warranty as all machines are different. That is why we recommend to hand wash/air dry. This will also be outlined for you in the product manual that comes with the booster in the event that you need to refer to it in the future! Question:	Does this seat fit with 3 car seats across one seat
Answer:	It would really depend on the size car you want to use them in. A compact...I doubt it, mid size...maybe, sedan, or minivan...should be no problem. I think they're about 20" across if you count the width of the arms, not the width across the bottom which is more like 15" or so. We used this one in a jeep grand cherokee along with a full size carseat. There was room for a 12 year old in between but it was tight and not that comfortable for the passenger.

Answer:	I wouldn’t recommend this for that young. A convertible rear facing seat would be best. LOVED the Chicco NextFit for my kids at that age. It is recommended to keep kids rear facing to at least 2 years old and as long as possible / up to the weight limit of a rear facing car seat (much longer than 27lbs and 16 months).

Answer:	Just wanted to clarify one thing... the weight limit for all latch systems is not necessarily 65 lbs. Our current carseat has a max weight of 65 lbs, but only of 45 lbs. if used with the latch system. So, I can use the carseat until my kid is 65 lbs IF I use install it with the seatbelt, but if I use the latch system to install, the kid's weight maxes out at 45 lbs. Our pediatrician explained that the reason for this is that the latch system is sufficient for 45 lbs in the case of an accident. If you install the carseat with a seatbelt, the seatbelt takes part of the force, so the child can weigh more than 45 lbs. Similar thing with a booster seat: With a booster seat, the seatbelt takes on part of the weight of the child rather than the latch system entirely holding onto the weight of the child + seat. I realize I don't actually have an answer to the question (I was looking through the Q&A with the same question in mind). But saying a carseat can use the latch system up to 65 lbs. is incorrect and could be dangerous in an accident, so I wanted to add this "answer."

Answer:	it installed perfectly on my jeep patriot also in a chevy and Ford escape truck...you have to put the latch on the back of the carseat that has gap that you can pull it through

Answer:	NHTSA recommends replacing it depending on the severity of the crash. Regardless of what the recommendation is, the fact is you do not know if the Integrity of the car seat has been compromised so why would you risk it. Insurance will replace car seats that have been involved in crashes no questions asked.
