| Answer: | Im not sure on that you can try the company/seller or lowes or Home depot has the adhesive strips if the part isn't broke. They may have something similar there if you can't fine replacement part if not broke clean the old adhesive off i use adhesive remover and reapply a new adhesive strip good luck |

| Answer: | Did it not come with the round sticky piece attached to it and one that you can use separated from the holder?? Mine had a piece on the bracket that sticks to my shower wall and then the basket hangs on it. If you don't have these piece's and don't want to return it, I would use some velcro. It has one part that sticks to the wall then one that would stick to the hanger part then it should hold your basket. Make sure your wall is dry and clean. I hope this helps. |
