Answer:	This can be tricky if you have never seen it. The steering wheel is attached to the front wheels using a compression fit. This is done by using something called a collet. The nut on the top of the wheel as it tightens, moves a tapered shaft into this collet, which expands outward to grip the inside of the tube. If you take the top apart, you can see the collet and how the slots will expand outward as you tighten the nut. It works very well. Answer:	Yes, constantly. And at the least opportune times. This is a great little car but the steering bolt is a problem, and I am unable to find a replacement anywhere (we lost ours).

Answer:	Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened.

Question:	How do you package this item for shipping? does it come in a box? or is just plastic wrap
Answer:	I am not sure what other rider you are looking at but this one is excellent. It grows with the child from a horse with a child safety seat for a 6-9 mo. old baby, to a toddler size for a 1-2 yr. old without the seat and then the frame is turned over to raise the horse higher yet for a 2yr. old to maybe a 4yr. old and other horses do not grow with the child and can be raised in height as well as this one can, some only grow a little, this one grows for a 6mo. to about a 4 yr. old child.....my granddaughter has had this one for 2 yrs now and loves it. It also plays music and "neighs" when you squeeze the ears.
Question:	what is the height from the floor to the top of the saddle
Answer:	I think a 2 year old would enjoy this horse. My Granddaughter is 18 months now & she is not climbing on her self yet. The horse will grow with her, You can flip the base for when she is taller. I think this rocking horse will be good until she's 3 or older. it does depend on how big a child is of course.
