Answer:	I used 2 large flat screw drivers to mount the 1st tire " 30 minutes long". I then realized that they need to be aired up with a high pressure air compressor. This is because they need to blow over the rimm inner lip initially to retain air wth in the rim. I took both to a tire shop and they charged me$5 each to mount and air up.
