Question:	How do you set the temp? Last year it was a consistent 76/8 and this year is hasn't gone above 68 and today 3 of my fish died
Answer:	I've had a Betta Tank for 2 years and this thermometer has worked great so far. Between 50 and 90 degrees. I keep my Betta at 76 to 80 and it stays within 1 degree all the time. You would need some moister to keep the thermometer sticked to the tank however. A great tool anyway.

Answer:	The red stuff in the bottom of the thermometer is like a wax plug but I'm sure that it must be somewhat liquid because the red stuff goes up and down as the temperature moves. Hope that helps. You will know if it is broke if it doesn't change temperatures when you take it out of the water. It should change as the temperature changes. If it doesn't move at all then it is broke.

Answer:	Yes it did leave a ring but if you're careful to put it back in the same place it's not a big deal. I too wish it wouldn't have left a ring but I didn't realize that was a possibility. I was a newby with my first fish tank.

Answer:	Hi, It does not have to be attached to the tank wall with the suction cup. Not sure why you would not do this? However, if it just floats I am not sure that you will get a very accurate temp reading due to the fact that the tip of the thermometer will be at surface level where the temp fluctuates the most.

Answer:	I first used my own Display Port cable to connect the monitor to the graphics card with only 30hz results, to get 60hz refresh rate I had to use the Dell monitor supplied M Display port cable.

Answer:	Dell P2715Q monitor works great. I am using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013) OS X Yosemite version 10.10.4. I used the Display-port to mini Display-port cable that is included with the monitor. Plugged in the cable (DP into the monitor and mini DP into the thunderbolt port on my rMBP) and it just worked. Resolution 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. I have version 1 of the monitor (V01 - Mar 2015). I've had no problems waking up the system. I touch one key and the system and the monitor wake up. I've tried it multiple times with the laptop open and with it closed. I did have a problem when I started to hit a bunch of keys attempting to wake the monitor, but one key seems to work great. My keyboard, mouse and trackpad are all apple and all bluetooth.The default text is 1980x1080 which is large. Someone recommended 2048x1152 which I'm enjoying now. To get additional text resolutions hold the "option key" when hitting the scaled resolution button.I had been waiting for Apple to update the Thunderbolt monitor. Well finally I got tired of waiting and started looking around for thunderbolt replacements and landed on the Dell P2715Q at a great price. Answer:	I have two of these units, both drain the batteries while plugged in so totally useless when power goes off. Answer:	Sometimes if the tubing seems to hard to get on, you can take a knife and put a little slit in one side of the end. That will help it more easily slide over where you want it to go.

Answer:	I came home and my filter was not running. I have had this for a month and it was running great. I cleaned out the filter, etc. and cannot get it to prime. I feel like I have tried everything! I filled the canister with water and it will not prime. When using the prime button, the water goes up to a certain point but does not prime.. Help!

Answer:	What the others said. Personally I would get the largest you can afford. More filtration is never a bad thing. The 1200 and 1500 use the same filter pads.

Answer:	Yes. I use this for my CST in a 55 gallon tank. This is a great filter. Remember, it is more about the media you use than the filter alone. Experiment with media to see what works best for you. For my turtle, I have found that layering sponges in the bottom tray from coarse, medium to fine and then using Matrix bio media in the next 2 trays and then using carbon and an ammonia neutralizing carbon in the last two trays works wonders. It really keeps my turtle tank clean. This filter is easy to use, prime and clean. Plus it is very affordable. All canister filters are basically equal, the media is what really matters.
Question:	Will this include an installation manual and all the tubings? I am new to canister filters and I want to know as much as possible before purchasing
Answer:	Yes, though you would do well to check out some YouTube videos demonstrating the setup, as well as the steps to take to disconnect the unit from the tubes for cleaning. The manual that comes with the filter is a great start, but a little unclear at times.

Answer:	As per page 10 of the manual, the refresh rate on this monitor is as follows:8.6 ms (typical), 6ms (fast mode). I have played AC and The Division, both at 4k with a GTX 970. While the picture this monitor creates is absolutely beautiful, there is a lack of smoothness to a 6ms refresh rate in games. I wish it was faster. However, it's so crisp that I overlook the somewhat less than stellar refresh rate. If I were a competitive online gamer, I'd choose another monitor. TN panels, while older technology, will offer you faster refresh rates. (The trade off is smaller viewing angles and less accurate color, on average.)
