Answer:	They come with no manual , main thing is : 1) Before you plug it in always COVER the bottom two third with water first. 2) Unplug it first and wait for 5 to 10 seconds before removing the heater from the liquid . 3) Always monitor the heater if the water over boiled for a long time , the heater will burn out. 4) Use with WATER ONLY an oily liquid or even milk the heater will burn the liquid and an over backed substances will stick to the metal part forming an insulator layer coat leads to overheating and the heater will get burned instantly.

Answer:	If you used it to heat just water in my opinion there is no need to rinse it off. After taking it out of the water after recommended cool down time, the heater is still warm and dries quickly. Heating other than water it should be okay to rinse off the heater after letting it cool for a while.

How to install

First, After disassembling old "tires", clean up the gummy debris left on the wheels.

Mounting:

Used a clamp to hold the tire on the wheel in one spot, and then used a screwdriver to pry the rest of the tire on. This made installation relatively easy

Uniform stretch:

After mounting, removed the clamp and pushed the shaft of the screwdriver completely under the tire, so it was between the tire and rim. Then ran the screwdriver around the wheel several times to make sure the tire was uniformly stretched around the wheel.

Seating the tire:

Next, made sure the tires were properly seated in the groove on the wheels, rolled the wheel on a concrete floor, pushing down pretty hard with your hands, so the concrete would forced the tire into the groove.

After mounting, reinstalled the wheels and readjusted everything, finish!

Answer:	I reviewed product. Was disappointed it wouldn't run past 30 psi when I was trying to add air into my car's tire. Couldn't tell you based on personal experience but user manual states it can run continuously for 10 minutes, then needs to rest for 15 minutes before using it again.
