Answer:	This switch seems to work at about 200 degrees. But be sure both fans are spinning at full speed. It turned out that my driver's side cooling fan was dragging at half speed, causing my heating problem. Amazon has both fans cheap that work great. No more heating issues. If your thermostat stays closed this switch will not work, so if the two largest water hoses are vastly different temps when car is hot then check thermostat first, before changing this switch.

I can not say whether its 100% genuine, however, if having genuine Honda fluid is a must then I would say try contacting Honda to see what they say or contact your local Honda dealer/repair shop and ask them how you would be able to tell or if it is indeed a problem to order this oil.
