I received a box branded "SCOPARK" that was different from what was presented on the Amazon page. A bar code sticker had a model number of "X001XM5JJH" which stated that each bulb was 3000 lumen. While there's more light output over Sylvania's best, they are definitely less bright than a HIKARI set that I bought for a different car. Was I sent the wrong product, is the packaging wrong, or is your description of the lumen output wrong?

Answer:	Color is 3400°k. Whiter than standard OEM bulbs, but not bluish. Perfect for long distance vision. (Bluer bulbs actually reduce distance vision as the blue coating absorbs a lot of light; and the eye has a harder time seeing in the blue spectrum due to smaller number of rods in the eye sensitive to blue, and that blue focuses in a different part of the eye). Point being, you lose a lot with the "whiter" bulbs. I purchased a set of these in Feb. 2017 and they're still going strong. Especially so, considering that I'm running with DRL on. Best Halagen bulbs you can buy.

Answer:	Your Dodge Ram uses H13 bulbs (9008) for both hi/low beams. 9006, 9008, H11 are just sizes and your vehicle will only be able to accommodate just one size. As far as brightness goes, you have halogen, then the advanced halogen (silver star, ultra, xyz, etc...) but I would recommend a good set of HIDs if you really want true brightness. Just don't go over 5000K because that's when the lights start to change colors and what not. I paid almost $40 for a pair of silver stars, they were definitely an improvement over my original halogen bulbs but didn't last long. I would say in three months time, the brightness was just the same as my original halogens, if not worse. After I got rid of my silver stars, I went with HIDs and never looked back!
Question:	Do these bulbs have any warranty? Some of the users claim a very short bulb life
Answer:	Sylvania warrantys for a year if purchased through an authorized dealer. BulbAmerica on Amazon is not one. Their warranty is only 30 days! iServe on Amazon sells the bulbs for the same price and is an authorized dealer. I like the bulbs but one just went out after less than 3 months. I just purchased the bulbs again, but this time I was observant enough to look for an authorized seller on Amazon. Since the bulbs tend to have a short life, definitely buy from a seller that covers the factory 12 month warranty. Benefit from my hard learned lesson.

They have performed flawlessly for traveling throughout the US for the last 140,000 miles. Day, night, rough pavement, through rain and snow.. absolutely zero problems. The lights will not produce enough heat to the headlight lens to keep ice melted during the winter. But I have yet to find an LED that will do so.

Another tidbit for those that do not want to change their own, When I was at Walmart for new Everstart Battery, I noticed they will place in a new headlight for $7.50 each ( headlight bulb is not included in this price). At Firestone I had 2 headlights ( bulbs + labor) replaced and it was over $100.00

Q: False Compatibility, why the Amazon Fitment System clarified this fits, indeed it won't fit for my vehicle?

A: Please notice which position does the light fit on your vehicle when you are using the Filter.

There has the "Fits" and "Notes" part of the Filter, such as" Fits: Front, Notes: Fits Front Fog Only", which means this can be only fit as front fog light, if you want to use it for low beam, this would not fit.

Mostly, H11 can be used as low beam, sometimes, it fits as high beam or front fog.

Q: Why my daytime running lights/DRL are not working or flickering?

A: Sometimes, if your headlights and daytime running lights use the same bulbs, the daytime running lights may not working or flickering, you may need to add an extra resistor, please reconsider before placing an order.
