Answer:	The liquid is blue, and it seems to do particularly well getting into deep scratches where the metal is exposed and giving them a blue tint. But it's not paint or anything like that. I use this on my daughter's bicycle. It can be applied over parts of the bicycle with other colors of paint and it doesn't noticeably change the non-blue colors.

Answer:	No, you wouldn't need to. It polishes the original paint. It works good for very minor scratches.

Answer:	If you have dark blue paint the black will work the best. You will use a very small amount that adheres to the scratch. I used blue on my Ford F-150 with a blue Jean color. This is a deep blue. It appears the scratch remover does not overshadow the original paint color. Regardless, if you are worried about leaving a dark spot, try it on the lower fender where it is not noticeable. I also bought the red for my wife’s vehicle. It is a dark cherry red. The scratch remover is a light red. No problem Follow the directions. It’s a good product
