Question:	What are the measurements
Answer:	There are 2 reason you don't want to use a bungee: 1) As you dispense the paper towels the bungee will tear the the cardboard on which paper towel rolls are wrapped and also rip the paper towels from the side. 2) Almost when 1/4 of paper towels are left, the force of bungee will bend the paper towel roll, it will make the paper towel difficult to dispense and you will end up wasting the last quarter of the roll, which is a huge waste. The dowel in the center prevents the bungee from ripping the roll from the center, and bending the paper towel roll towards the end. I started with a bungee myself but after couple of weeks of use the paper towel roll would become useless and I was wasting quite a bit of paper towels. Then I started adding improvements to solve one problem after another and then I finally ended up with a finished product that you see.
Question:	where is this product made in/manufactured
Answer:	Excellent Question !! There are many ways to adjust the tension on the EZ-Roll Holder. Let say you are trying to attach is on the back of a car seat. One is you can loop around each end on the ez-roll holder on the headrest poles, and then cling the hooks to together. Second way to do this is cling the hooks on the opposite pole of the head rest ( I wish I could post pictures to illustrate better for this post). There are few other ways to do this.. The thing you have be careful about is you dont want it to be too tight, that will make it very difficult to dispense the sheets. if you need more help with this please drop me an email address [email protected] and I will send you pictures to help you get a better idea.
Question:	Can't you just remove the tissues from the box....then put them in the holder? Am I missing something here
Answer:	The tension is adjusted by wrapping extra loop around the object you are attaching to, for example if you are tying it in the car on the headrest, then either place the hooks on the opposite end of the headrest poles.
