I would consider a smaller cushion if you're smaller than the average woman.

Answer:	Probably a lot, it is filled with very hard shells... but if you are worrying about the weight of a person I would point out that the pillow is SMALL. I am skinny and I cannot sit on this with legs crossed, it just isn't large enough and maybe it is called meditation pillow but it certainly cannot be used to meditate. The best you can do with this pillow is sit to drink a cup of tea/coffee and/or chat with someone for a short amount of time. But then again, if the question is about the weight of a person, I would also have my reserves because the pillow is very low as well and you may have serious difficulties sitting on it without falling or when getting up.

Answer:	FelizMax provides 2 sizes. The 16’ yoga bolster is larger than many standard meditation cushions, making it more comfy for larger frames. (since typically most pillows are 13’ in diameter.) You could select the 16' one if you're concerned about large frames. After few days, you will find your most comfortable posture and decide whether to size down or not. Enjoy your meditation!
