Answer:	The plastic is 1/8 inch thick; the lid is a double layer composit structure, which is sturdy enough to stand on. I have the box bolted down to a bracket on the back bumper of my travel trailer. It carries about 100 pounds of equipment and shows no sign on fatigue after about 5000 miles on the road. Even when driving in very heavy rain, the interior of the box has remained dry.

Answer:	well i have mine inside of a rack that slips inside of the reece hitch. the rack i purchased from harbor freight and the reason i got this one (box) is b/c it's size fit perfect into that rack. i used mine on the rear bumper of my travel tralier (rv), and that is where i have an air compressor and tools, etc....i love mine and it is a very rugged made box. i drilled 4 holes in the bottom of my box and then put stove bolts with large heads down thru it and ran a piece of metal with matching drill holls under the rack and then put bolts with locking washers on it to keep it from bouncing around or out. it has 2 well made hasps on it for locks. i love this setup and box. it was shipped to me via fed-x. if you are looking to mount into a truck bed, it would most likely work, just depends on exactly how you want to get into it. i hope this has helped and not bored you.

Answer:	It is just over 62 linear inches, not feet. The base is slightly more narrow than the top. The longest measurement puts it over but it really is not if measuring actual size with the smaller base than top. I have used them at least a half dozen times on flights and have never had the airline question the size.
Question:	Would this hold up if secured to the rear rack of a 4-wheeler/ATV on bumpy terrain
Answer:	One of mine has, it rides on the back rack of my Yamaha 400 big bear. I have several of these sportsman totes and they still surprise me as to how tough they are. They will probably break, but if tied down solid where they can't bounce around, they will do a good job.

Answer:	The cord is two ft long. The fan is audlble when the room is quiet. When tv or radio is it is not noticeable.

Answer:	Most curling irons use less than 200 watts so it will be fine with most curling irons. Most hair dryer use over 1,000 watts so it will not work with it. You will need to get a heavy duty 2,000 watt inverter to use it with a hair dryer and those need to be wired directly to the car's battery.

Answer:	Your tablets draw power from the batteries. I would suggest you let the tablets charge a bit first before using them. When you charge things in your car, they tend to charge slower. Also make sure your tablets are plugged in to the correct USB slot as tablets typically need the higher amperage to appropriately charge. If this helped at all, vote me up!

Answer:	Yes, it outputs 60 Hz but DOES NOT output a sine wave. Small inverters of this type put out what is sometimes called "dirty" 60Hz power, which is perfectly fine for most (modern) digital electronics, incandescent lights, and SOME motors. It is not good for other kinds of motors some fluorescent lights, and many analog audio systems (you'll hear a hum). I'm afraid I don't know which motors are OK and which are not.

Answer:	The trunk came in a box a little bigger than the trunk itself. I only ordered 1 but they could probably ship it in one box if they stack them. My box took up 3/4 of my back seat of my Kia Forte/

Answer:	I did see that, while using this product. My grocery bag was very heavy and I didn’t want to pack the trunk. So, I just used the hooks and Yes, the lines was in my new back seat. So I stopped putting anything heavy. I use the hooks now for a light back, or and empty bag for trash on long drives.
