This one has some rubber pads you stick in certain places to fill gaps in the bed frame but the tailgate is not completely sealed so if the truck is facing downhill or wind driven rain can get in.

Answer:	There are always some type of clamps to hold down each section while driving. The back two sections each have two clamps underneath. They take just a few seconds to release and not much more to fasten. The back two sections fold up on top of the front section which is held down by two threaded knobs which take a little longer to unfasten and remove the cover entirely.
