Answer:	I have found it to be good for balance especially if you have weak ankles or surrounding area. As you master just standing on the flat part of the Bosu, you can move on to incorporating movement and weights in your workout. If your balance is compromised, just make sure you have something solid to grab onto as you work out on it. I installed a 'barre' in my workout room out of 4 ft of stair rail at a handy height for something to grab when mounting the ball and as a 'security blanket' . So far I only use it with the flat side up, but there are plenty of more and less challenging uses of the Bosu ball that use it flat-side down.
Question:	Is there a difference between the BOSU Blue Trainer and the BOSU Standard - they seem very similar and Amazon ALWAYS messes up dimensions
Answer:	There is a Bosu Balance Trainer and Bosu Sport Balance -- the latter being smaller for portability. But, THE Bosu is the Balance Trainer, so I think safe to assume "standard" refers to that. The base platform is 25" in diameter (26 1/2 " if handles included). Inflated, the height is 9-10".

Answer:	Not sure what they are made of. They are stretchy, so likely have some rubber. I wouldn’t call them thick rubber, three of my six balls ended up with pin holes out of the package, and one popped within a day of being inflated.

Answer:	There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.

Answer:	Sterile would be individually wrapped - cotton balls are not sterile. For example bandaids which are of course sterile, are all individually wrapped. There are no cotton balls that I know of that are individually wrapped. I love having cotton balls on hand to apply rubbing alcohol or peroxide on wounds, and to apply nano-particle colloidal silver to my fur kids various skin issues and to clean their ears. So many uses for cotton balls. :)

Answer:	This is meant as an interactive game that you play with your dog/puppy. It helps their brain to grow and presents them with various different challenges, depending on which game you get. They are not meant to be left alone, unsupervised, with these puzzles. They are not meant to be chew toys. I have every one of these games, and they have lasted YEARS. They will not last if left unsupervised with aggressive chewers or puppies. With creativity, you can continue to make these more challenging by wrapping them in blankets putting them up on a stepstool, setting them in a box, just for a few examples. Get creative, shake things up, and your dog will have years and years of interactive fun with you.

Answer:	It’s plastic. Also very durable. I have an 80 lb American bulldog. He likes to lift the flaps, grab a hold of the flaps, and “throw” the game to the side. He learned most treats fall out that way. Lazy cheater. Regardless, the game is still fully in tact, and flaps easily pop back on. Some of the white bone middle covers have been chewed on, and still fit perfectly for intended use.

Answer:	This is 9d x 16w x 8h and Baby Stella & Wee Baby Stella fit well. Baby Alive is also a good fit - but, not sure how many different sizes they may come in. A full sized American Girl doll has to sit up - like she's in the bath. Not sure about Bitty Baby. This is a tough one to put together - all pieces are very snug... but, once done - not going to easily break down & very sturdy. Not used as a "portable" crib for this reason.
