Answer:	You can fit 2 32 gallon trash cans with room to spare. In those trash cans you can fit at least 6 or 7 stuffed 13-gallon bags in each, which would yield 12-14 bags. Not sure why others wouldn't use pails to maximize capacity. Those bags are so thin I would never want to put them directly in a cargo rack.

Question:	Can I attach a 4-bike rack at the end of this as the stand does have an opening there too
Answer:	500 lbs is just not accurate. I only had 210 lbs and the weight was evenly distributed. The Shank between the receiver and the pivot joint twisted like a piece of rope! This was only the second time that I had used the basket and it was only 4 months old. WHEN I CALLED CURT ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY REFUSED TO COVER THE PART UNDER WARRANTY AND STATED THAT I MUST HAVE HAD ALL OF THE WEIGHT ON ONE SIDE! THUS IT WAS NOT USED PROPERLY AND THEY WILL NOT COVER IT UNDER WARRANTY. WARNNING : THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR CURT RATES A NEGATIVE 10 IF SUCH A RATEING WAS POSSIBLE.

Answer:	Yes, the 2 inch receiver is part of the cargo carrier and is built into it. It is a straight receiver (not angled up), so check your exhaust prior to using this carrier. You might need to add a turned exhaust tip to direct the heat away from your cargo. We are very pleased with this cargo carrier, it is well constructed and assembly was fast and easy.

Answer:	18 3/8 inches. I haul my 2010 Honda Elite 110 on this rack, installed in the hitch reverie on my GMC 2500 Sierra, with plenty of clearance.

Answer:	2" but you can buy an adapter separately for 1 1/4"
Question:	any concerns regarding the rust between two types of metal, aluminum basket and steel support
Answer:	I have mine mounted to the back of a teardrop trailer, so I had a similar concern. I purchased this -- Connor Hitch Extender - High Clearance 2" Dual Hitch Extension (GTW- 4000 lb.) , 1625370 Trailer Hitch Extension. I did modify the cargo carrier so it rode closer to the vehicle by shortening the main tube where it inserted into the extender, and relocated the hole for the pin. I would also anti rattle pins, and clamps as it assures it rides quiet and completely level. Equipped like this it did a great job, on a Maine trip with lots of rough road, off road sections.
Question:	Does this fit a 1 1/4" or a 2" hitch receiver? Looked for info, but could not find
Answer:	The hole on the rack for the hitch pin is 1/2". This is designed to work with the No Wobble Bolt that is included with the rack. This bolt works to securely tighten the rack when installed on the vehicle and keeps the rack from moving during use.
Question:	Problems bottoming out given the square tube goes straight back rather than angle up like many others
Answer:	The brackets that the straps are attached to rotate around the rack arms, making it fairly easy once you figure out the best position. I actually had 3 women's bikes on the rack with no problems. The straps were on the diagonal bar and the vertical bar below the seat and it was very tight, no movement at all. No issues with women's bikes at all here.

Answer:	The 24" measurement is from inside the rail. A machine with outside wheelbase of less than 24 inches will fit inside the rails. Note - the dimension is 24" from inside the rail for approximately 54" of the 60" width of the cargo hitch due to the inside measurement slightly narrowing as it approaches each of the 4 corners.
Question:	Is it made in the USA
Answer:	As of 9/15/2017, the Pro Series brand seems to have switched to Reese brand. The unit I received came with a 5/8" hitch pin that works well.
Question:	Are the deck width dimensions (24") measured from the inside or outside? (i.e. will a machine with an outside wheelbase of 23" fit inside the rails
Answer:	I just measured mine and I have 17.2 inches of clearance between the cage walls. And that's an exact on mine. No room for even a finger. Hope this helps.

Answer:	For me, it was big enough to fit 1 large suitcase, 2 small suitcases, a large duffle bag and a large dirty laundry mesh bag and still zipped up tight

Answer:	The bag is made of a heavy duty vinyl type material which would "melt" if it got too hot. Our Rola Bag sits on a cargo carrier with an upward curved connection to the hitch which positions it about 8" or 9" above and about 8" beyond the exhaust pipe opening and we've had no problem. Some cargo carriers have a straight connection to the vehicle hitch which would make them "level" to the hitch and potentially closer to the exhaust pipe opening.
Question:	I am concerned about the reviews that vary of the quality of the material. I do not want a bag that looks and feels like plastic. Not consistent
Answer:	I had the same concern when I made my purchase. I actually purchase this bag and another bag to see which one I preferred. This bag does look and feel like plastic. However, I did not find that a plastic feel meant it was lower quality. The other bag was a canvas material, but this bag's construction seemed better suited for the task. I ultimately returned the canvas bag. I am completely satisfied with my purchase even with the plastic look. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, it’s to clear the road when going up steep approaches into parking lots and driveways.

Answer:	They don’t. In my opinion the best option you have is to buy a mounting bracket. I’m actually looking into getting this light bar and I’m trying to find an answer to a question that’s already been answered possibly. I’m trying to find one that says it’s okay to mount on the brackets that you can buy and mount on the sides of the windshield using factory bolts instead of drilling holes. Since it is curved I’m having a hard time believing that it will go into the holes on the brackets without bending the brackets towards the bolts on the light bar. Unless the bolts are mounted straight out which is what I’m trying to find out.

Answer:	I’m not sure about yours specifically, but it’s fairly universal. We have used it behind our Tahoe, a mini van, and a pickup truck severa times. You need to have the correct receiver on your vehicle. With th basket down, I can fit between the basket and my Tahoe. If it’s loaded properly I can still open the hatch.
Question:	What is the distance between the end of the receiver and the basket
Answer:	Unless flames shoot out of your exhaust, you will be fine. If flames do shoot out of your exhaust, first, AWESOME, and second, you should probably have that looked at.
Question:	Will this fit a 2019 Toyota 4 runner
Answer:	If you have a spare tire on the back of your vehicle it may not be long enough to go into the hitch reciever. In my case, a Jeep wrangler 2015 spare tire blocked the ability for the carrier to reach the hitch reciever. It reached but could not be inserted enough to put the pin in.
Question:	Will this fit a 2019 Ford Escape? Will the dual exhaust be a concern for fire
Answer:	I purchased to truck mud flaps and cut them to fit the bottom, then I strapped a locking plastic box to the carrier. I drove from Alaska to Ohio and back without a problem..... the box still got some dirt on it, but then so did everything!

Answer:	We used it behind a Chevy Traverse on a cargo carrier that fits into hitch and we couldn’t tell it was there. No wind noise and it is definitely waterproof.
Question:	Can it fit a slightly smaller carrier? My carrier is 52x17. The soft sides indicate that it could be "squished" in, but curious if others had success
Answer:	Our carrier is slightly larger than the bag, so it fits perfectly inside the carrier rails. Yes, the bag is soft and can be easily “squished“ if necessary. However, You just won’t be able to fill the bag to capacity with a smaller carrier. I would recommend searching for cargo bags based on the dimensions of your carrier.
Question:	Is this bag heat resistant? My carrier is not in line with the exhaust but on long trips tarps will melt but not plastic bins
Answer:	It resists the heat of the sun very well, I have dual exhaust that comes out below my carrier and I drove over 3,000 miles through 16 States and when we got back home the bag is in excellent condition so I would say it is constructed very well

The buckle is actually 6-7 inches up the strap, which begs the question, is there another way to do this? I think this is a good question, and if the Mockins rep could weigh in on whether there are any alternate buckling configurations, I'd be open to hearing about them.
