| Answer: | We have had several customers ask us this same question who have tried it and not experienced any negative results. The product is pH balanced and non-corrosive, however we always recommend testing it on a small area before using on entire surface just as a precaution before use. |

| Answer: | I used a 1 gallon srayer with 8ozs on a very muddy atv, i sprayed till the 1 gallon was empty, so like 4 quads. i guess if you had lightly muddy quad you could use a 1/2 gallon of the mixture and get maybe 8 washes out of the 4 gallons of mixture. it really helped with the surface mud like on the body and fenders, but the thick chunky mud on the frame and control arms, still need a pressure washer. imo its to expensive to wash very muddy atv's that you need a pressure washer anyways for the thick stuff. |

| Answer: | Hi Paul, this product is biodegradable and non-corrosive however I do not recommend this for boats. Boats contain a gel coat surface and this product will remove a very thin layer of that of that overtime. Off-Road Wash is designed for Trucks, Jeeps, Motorcross Bikes, ATVs and other vehicles that have mostly plastics, rubber, and metal surfaces so this product will not hurt those. We do make a different product that is great for Boats, as well as your car. Slick Suds Wash and Wax (also sold on amazon) is biodegradable and non-corrosive but contains a carnuba wax and a gentle cleaning agent that washes and shines at the same time. If your plastics are permanently stained, melted, or discolored from the sun or from being bent from a fall, this will not help clean them as they are permanently damaged and will need to be replaced. Once replaced with new plastics this product will help maintain the "new" look. |

| Answer: | When the rice is cooked, do not leave the item on WARM for too long. Unplug the pot and let it sit without any additional heat added. Make sure you stir the rice and water before starting to cook. Just putting in rice and pouring in water (without stirring) tends to cause sticking. |

| Answer: | Sticky rice is not made, it is bought. Rice cooker are the way it is cooked in restaurants, so any rice cooker can do it. You maybe mistaking sticky rice for sushi rice which needs to have vinegar or dashi added. When you buy sticky rice in the store look for the words “glutinous rice” as well as "sticky rice" on the package. The 'secret' is to let the rice soak for 30 minutes at lest before cooking and to use less water than you would for short or long grain rice. Use 2 cups sticky rice to 2 and 1/2 cups water. Let soak for 30 minutes. After soaking, add ½ teaspoon of salt, then press the on button. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. You can freeze the cooked rice. |
