Answer:	You need to unscrew the barrel. The barrel unscrews at the end of the grip by twisting the top. Pull the color that needs changing out of its casing. It helps if you push the color down; it's easier to place the new color in. When you change the color make sure it is in there firmly, by clicking the color back it will retract. Finally, screw back the barrel and click the color down. Don't forget the glue at the tip. You are now good to go.

Answer:	In my experience, the Juice pens/refills perform pretty much like G-2's of a similar point size, but with a smoother flow to the ink, and much less scratching/drag to the point. Very, very nice to write with. As far as bleeding...I just tried writing normally on some rather thin engineering paper with a .5 black pen, no bleed through. Ditto slowly drawing tiny squares, and in fact going over some of the lines repeatedly, on run-of-the-mill printer paper. Again, no bleeding. In short, these are GREAT pens, and if you like G-2's you'll love these (and will in fact be spoiled, and quite possibly unwilling to revert back to G-2's).
Question:	Are the paints washable paints
Answer:	These are fine tipped, and they do not smear. I use them for my planner, or to sign my business cards with. They have a fine ink pen end.

Answer:	I have found that they do smear if you rub them immediately after writing on some papers. However, the ink dries quickly. Not sure if they would be lefty friendly.
