## No sound ##

1. Match failed. Please check the indicator light, the transmitter & receiver need to rematch if it keeps flashing. 2. The battery may be running out of power. Please fully charge before using. 3. How do you operate it:

1.Open the bottom cover of the transmitter,insert the battery with the correct polarity and close the bottom cover until it clicks shut.

2.Insert the Mic. Connector into the socket of transmitter.

3.Open the battery cover of the receiver, insert a batteries (size AA) into the receiver whit correct polarity and close the battery cover.

4.Plug the receiver into the input socket for microphone of amplifier, set both switch of transmitter and switch of receiver to ON position, then the pilot lamps and are on that indicates a good condition and it’s ready for operation. Turning the volume control can adjust the volume of transmitter.



Attentions:

1.If acoustic quality and volume the abnormal or receiving distance is shortened, the batteries in transmitter and receiver should be replaced, if thereafter still not in normal operation, you can carefully trim the frequency by adjusting the screw in receiver with a screwdriver to make it become normal operation.

I kind of had the same question and through trial and error I figured it out. I believe if you want a true stereo with a left and right you should order a cable that has two of the XLR ends on it. That way you would have a left and a right. I ordered this and I discovered that it basically text the two stereo channels and puts it together in one. So it works great for my application because I still get both channels but through one plug. I hope that makes sense

Turn on and hold the transmitter power button and then hold down the left and right arrow buttons of the transmitter at the same time and the text on the display screen will blink. 4. Turn on the receiver power and the indicator light of the receiver will flash 3 times. Answer:	If it doesnt work on your PC and you have a USB-C port, you can get a USB-C to audio adapter for about $8. This bypasses the drivers and installs as a standard headset. Answer:	It depends on what your system is already at the church. If you have a Shure battery pack already then it should be compatible. That's why we stayed with Shure. Hope that helps.
Question:	Do I need to purchase a wireless battery pack, and will it work with my current wireless at church. I am a keyboardist
Answer:	No there is not a adapter that will work to use this as a wired mic. You must use this with a wireless Shure system for it to work correctly.
Question:	Is there an XLR adaptor for the pga31 mic, in order to use as a wired mic
Answer:	A: I got a Shure wireless headset which came with the transmitter and the receiver which is a clip on battery pack...it cost $360. Shure mics are the best and the setup has enormous range through walls and closed doors even going outside it still is perfect. I have been thinking of getting an extra headset and ended up here. The headsets are a lot cheaper than I was expecting! A person needs the transmitter and the body pack for it to work (FYI for somebody buying this...if you don't have the transmitter and battery pack slash receiver this headset isn't functional without the rest of that) I'm not sure if the headset will work with non Shure transmitters and receivers or if like how somebody has to use Chevy parts for a Chevy and can't use other brand manufacturers parts ...I prefer Shure components only because the reliability, quality and durability is as good as it gets.
Question:	What else do I need to buy besides this headset and a set of speakers in order for this work
