Answer:	The smell comes off clothes when I wash them but I deeply rub the balm in - not a lot is left on top of the skin. You don’t need to use a heavy application. I’ve found a little goes a long way. Secondly, if I use a ‘stronger’ detergent like Tide - all odors are removed! Not sure if that would occur with my more eco-friendly products! Bottom line - I’ve never had my clothes retain the balm odor.

Answer:	No. It's more like Ben Gay only better. For muscle strains, arthritis, etc. If you want something numbing, look for something with a high content of lidocaine. Or an ice cube works.

Question:	Does it erase polychrome pencils
Answer:	Dear Customer, this eraser do not erase colored pencil. It can remove the color but will still leave marks so we do not suggest you use it to erase colored pencil. Thank you.
Question:	Does it have polymer type erasers with it so it will not damage the paper
Answer:	Not sure of what differences there. I just got the one that’s a complete set with two different sizes of erasers and the charger. I absolutely love this! You can almost draw with it by taking out areas! I also bought a set of two: one for a friend and a backup for me! I thought that the price was fair and hoped it would work out. I’m not sorry at all. Love th product!
Question:	The description says it is couture creations. is afmat the same company as couture creations
Answer:	It doesn't seem loud to me. It sounds like a buzz. Quieter than an electric shaver.

Answer:	Good question. I'll have to answer maybe. The card that came with the eraser says "we will make a quick response to your questions. No matter you want to get a new product or a full refund, we will try our best to make you satisfied." Sorry the best I can answer. I will say I have used electric erasers for many years and I'm pleased with this one for my art work

Product description

A Professional Electric Pencil Erasers for Artists, Students, Teachers, Kids and Adults. You can't miss it.



Install battery



1.Rotate anticlockwise to open the battery cover. 



2.Install two AAA batteries according to the positive and negative marks. 



3.Rotate clockwise to close the battery lid. 



Operation



1.Press the button and the eraser starts to rotate.



2.Rotate back and forth to erase all the place you don't need.



2 Eraser Options-Thin(φ2.3mm) and Thick(φ5mm)



Thin and thick erasers create different highlights. Please make sure that φ2.3mm eraser is put into the plastic clamp and φ5mm eraser is put into the metal clamp.



Replace the eraser



1.After the rubber is used up, pull out the rubber clamp.



2.Then pull out the eraser about 3mm.



3.Back to the original, you can re-use.



Warning



1. Avoid placing any parts in your mouth.



2. For long term use, please remove the battery when it is not in use.



TROUBLE SHOOTING--The electric eraser doesn't work.



Solution: Check if the battery cover is closed tightly. Then take out the eraser clamp and put it back.

Answer:	Not sure that's the right email address. Check again for a different re nt one on the website.
Question:	how do i tell you that my order package was empty i do not want a refund i i want the items i ordered
Answer:	I guess you could but you'd have to use different string Just rearranging them will not work.
Question:	what size battery does this take
Answer:	It's about 2 1/2 to 3 pounds (American) no more though. It comes with a strap if you get the right package. (And it looks like in the description above you're ordering the same one I did.) I'd reccomend using it. It gets a little uncomfortable squeezing it to your belly with you forearm like you would a normal uke. All in all I love it and my kids think it sounds neat. And it can be loud if you want it to. I have a tenor uke and it's a bit lighter and quieter. Both awesome. If you get it you wont regret it. Have fun!
Question:	do you need to keep pushing the button for the eraser to work?, I'm quadraplegique and cannot hold the button down and erase at the same time thank yo
Answer:	For the price compaired to what you would pay separately for the items, it is a good deal. Another item, just to think about. I think you would be better advised to buy a soprano uke. It is made for children's hands and the wood body is sturdier than a banjolele with a drum and floating bridge. This is a concert size instrument made for adult hands. A 7 year old will not have the length in his fingers to reach chords on the top 3 frets.

Question:	Would this fit the alvin draftmatic mechanical pencils
Answer:	I have an older Sakura eraser that still was working, just couldn't find it, and I do mean old, probably at least 15 years old, so bought a new one. The new one works well, but I don't think it is as powerful as the older model. I never had a Sakura stop working.
Question:	Would these work for Rotring Mechanical
Answer:	It’s a pencil eraser. I don’t think it would work for ink.
Question:	Will these fit the Pentel twist erase xp
Answer:	guess that would depend on the person, for me it does not make a lot of noise, very little, but it does the best job of any I have tried...well worth buying if you do a lot of art work (or make mistakes..lol) I use mine not only to erase errors but also for making drawings and other art look different for shading ....I really like it. My wife will borrow it to do other things around the house..like remove ink from walls...lol, I may have to purchase one for her...hope this helps.
Question:	why don't any of these erasers give the dimension of the stupid eraser, is it a military secret. The Helix is 3mm the next up is 4, is that so hard
Answer:	You have to be very careful changing the little white erasers, the metal holders are very flimsy and break easily, probably the biggest fault with this electric eraser. I try to ve very careful, don't know if yo can purchase them separately.
