HOW TO USE TIE DYE KIT?



Step1: Grab the soaked fabric from the middle and rotate.

Step2: Tie up the fabric with rubber bands to hold in the shape.

Step3:Mix and apply dyes to fabric and place the dyed fabric in a sealable plastic bag to keep damp for 6-8 hours.



Warming Caution:



To avoid dye dripping into your clothes, please wear the bonus gloves and apron in advance.



KEYPOINTS:



1.Make sure the dyes penetrate into the folds and prevent rapid evaporation, please put your project project aside for 6-8 hours after dying.

We have noticed that beginner tie dyers and children tend to use more dye than what is needed, so we usually allocate one bottle of dye per person when we host events and parties.

Question:	anyone have pics of finished products of evening blue and royal blue and nayvy blue
Answer:	I accidentally bought this instead of the all purpose dye, so I decided to test it before returning. It did dye the cotton. I’m not sure how well it will hold up, especially given the large amount of dye I used compared to normal, but it did appear to work
Question:	Wil this help me run for office
Answer:	I used this on couch covers from the 1980's. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what they were made of. NO dye worked until this one. The dye took beautifully. My cushions went from a medium/light brown, to deep charcoal grey. I can still see a touch of brown in the final color, but I will dye again to get a darker color. I don't have a pot big enough, so I filled my sink with super hot water from the tap, and then poured a gallon of water in from a tea kettle. I stirred in the dye, and added *already wet* fabric (more even dye distribution). I store a few times for 20 min, then covered the sink in foil and put a few pans on top to keep the heat in and let it set for two hours or so! I rinsed, washed in cold water in my washer with a little powder soap and the cushions look great! If you want a black color, you likely will need to dye twice, maybe three times. The longer you leave it in the dye, and the hotter you can keep it over time, the better it will set.
Question:	How many yards of fabric can I dye with each bottle? I can't seem to find this information
Answer:	It will not cover the stains. Best Solution. Completely bleach product -if it is one solid color-and then dye. My white blouse turned out beautifully.

Answer:	Try a spoonful of baking soda with a splash of water. Make a paste and roll it in your hands it will pull the dye out

Question:	Would these colors hold to acrylic yarn
Answer:	Cover dyed fabric with plastic wrap to keep damp. Let set 6-8 hours or longer for most intense colors. Rinse well with water until excess dye is removed. Cut rubber bands if used. Fill washer to "large load" setting with hottest water suitable for fabric and a small amount of laundry soap. Wash and dry separately. Wash separately for the first few washes.
Question:	How long does it take to dry
Answer:	Never have but give it a try on something you not to worried about if it's a fail
Question:	how does the process of spray differ from traditional tie dye
Answer:	I did 6 kid shirts, 1 kid sweatshirt, 2 adult shirts, and an adult sweatshirt. So my guess would be at least 12 since the sweatshirts and adult shirts take more dye but could manage more depending on how much white you want on the shirts. Ours were all completely saturated
