Answer:	Two things: This item is not going to be carrying anything of major weight-it's too small to load up with anything that could test the weight limits of pouch- it's for carrying and concealing paper money, passports, credit cards etc...... The other thing is this very design is for concealment- you don't want a great big 2 inch fastex buckle that would be visible under a T-shirt or similar clothing. The reason it looks flimsy is because it is flat- much flatter than an ordinary fastex buckle. I have one and I don't find it to be, or anticipate it to be less than up to the task.

Question:	What is a ykk zipper? is it a metal one that will cause problems with airport security
Answer:	The zipper used in the PEAK Travel Money Belt will give you no problems clearing airport security.
Question:	are you able to carry your iphone and wallet in this belt
Answer:	It will be an either or... my note 8 fits and my bf's iphone fits (but very snugly). With the phone in there would be space in the 2nd zipper for paper money. To use a wallet it would have to be very small. A fold over man's would not fit. If you want wallet and phone.. go with a belt that doesn't lay so flat. I chose the flat discreet belt to lay flat ...even use under clothing. I will keep my extra spending money that I've taken to avoid transaction and other fees for use in foreign destinations.
Question:	Do you have to remove this belt when going thru security at airports
Answer:	I suspect it depends on the airport. Mainly, I took mine off and placed it temporarily in my carry-on because some TSA checks require everything out of pockets, etc. I forgot I had it on once, and walked through a simple scanner without objection from the agent. If your carry-on is under your control, temporarily placing it inside should be no problem.

Answer:	The travel security belt is not wide enough to fit credit cards and driver's licenses. If you are looking for something that will allow you to carry cards, you can take a look at our neck wallet or money belt as both have plenty of room to fit cards. :)

Answer:	Our primary objective in designing our travel products is to ensure that they are as lightweight as they are durable. They should stand up to the rigors of your travels without weighing you down. The Travel Security Belt was no exception to this design. The lightweight buckle was made with hardened plastic for this very purpose.

Answer:	I have a size 34 inch waist and it leaves about 10 inches of belt to use!
Question:	What are the waist sizes it will accomadate
Answer:	Currently we do not have any official recommended methods for shortening the actual belt. Some users will tuck the end through their belt loops or up and under the belt itself. Some of our customers have also stated that they have successfully shortened the belt by cutting it, and then by using a lighter to melt and seal the ends, however, we have not tested this method for ourselves.

Question:	What is a ykk zipper? is it a metal one that will cause problems with airport security
Answer:	The zipper used in the PEAK Travel Money Belt will give you no problems clearing airport security.
Question:	are you able to carry your iphone and wallet in this belt
Answer:	It will be an either or... my note 8 fits and my bf's iphone fits (but very snugly). With the phone in there would be space in the 2nd zipper for paper money. To use a wallet it would have to be very small. A fold over man's would not fit. If you want wallet and phone.. go with a belt that doesn't lay so flat. I chose the flat discreet belt to lay flat ...even use under clothing. I will keep my extra spending money that I've taken to avoid transaction and other fees for use in foreign destinations.
Question:	Do you have to remove this belt when going thru security at airports
Answer:	I suspect it depends on the airport. Mainly, I took mine off and placed it temporarily in my carry-on because some TSA checks require everything out of pockets, etc. I forgot I had it on once, and walked through a simple scanner without objection from the agent. If your carry-on is under your control, temporarily placing it inside should be no problem.

Answer:	I'm not sure why you would need RFID protection. There seems to be a common misconception that credit cards with chips use RFID. They don't, the data is transferred via the contacts on the card physically connecting to the reader. Passport cards do use RFID but it's encrypted so nobody would be able to access the info and mine came with its own RFID protection.

Answer:	I believe that you are required to remove any money belt or pouch at security but this depends on the airport and country. If you are concerned then i would suggest removing this before you get to security and putting inside and other bag or jacket you may have with you, this will reduce the risk of an airport official asking you to remove and putting it through after you may have already been through the scanner.
