Question:	My water supply lines come down from above, not from below. Can I just flip the unit over and have it still function properly
Answer:	I found the instruction manual. It specifically shows in the installation diagram that the water supply lines are below the box with a note "install upright". So no, you cannot flip the unit over and install upside down (and have it still function properly).
Question:	Water does not get supplied to the washing machine unless I flip the breaker off and on first. What is wrong with it
Answer:	There is a procedure for synchronizing the unit with the washer (it should be in the instructions), you may have to do this several time for several weeks before it works properly. Also try doing a cold water only wash, this seems to cause less errors than a warm wash. Good luck, it really is a badly designed product.

Answer:	This is a surface mount without the box. If you want to install it in a existing box you may have to remove the mounting holes at the top.

Answer:	I got one for a washing machine about 2 years ago and the outlets were 90 degrees from the inlet. The first picture shows one male and one female thread with a fitting in it which is what we got. We did not get the one with the compression fittings. Very confusing as to what you would get if ordered today!!

Answer:	NO !!! The 2 screws are to securities device to existing water lines! They have nothing to do with adjusting to hot and cold...this is for your wash machine to determine, depending on cycle, although one side is for hot the other for cold. My advice to You is that you make sure that you get the correct one and have a licensed plumber install it !
Question:	is the 2t-m2 valve the one with 1/2" npt straight or solder fittings

Answer:	You can sweat a 1/2" slip X PEX adapter onto the valve or there is also a faucet adapter X PEX that is made in straight and angle configurations that would work.

Answer:	It is exactly the size of the non electric version. I do not recommend this product. Mine failed a year in and had to replace since we could not wash clothes. fortunately my old manual one had same pipe spread dimension.

Answer:	Sorry to tell you this but when my spin cycle stopped soon after the washing machine stopped all function except for draining and when I contacted the seller on how can I fix it I recieved no answer and so I trashed it since it was usless.

Answer:	I'm not sure that the previous answer from SuperDealUsa is correct. The left side input will put water into the wash side tub. You can either use that input of just put water in using a hand held shower head. The right side water input puts water into the spin tub. The spraying water when the tub is spinning allows the water to go through the spinning clothes, extracting more soap as it does.
Question:	Does anyone have any tips or something they would like to share since using yours? I love mine, but would love any hints
Answer:	I just used mine for the 1st time....Apparently I missed the part about the gravity drain hose that needs to lay flat. I specifically chose this one because it said the inlet hose was also the drainage hose, both located on top. Im disabled and live on the 3rd floor of my house. My washer and dryer are in the basement so thats another set of stairs. I live with my 74 year old Mom but thats just too much to ask. Luckily, this machine fits next to my toilet and I read ALL the instructions 1st, so I just sat with a bucket and let it drain but even the instructions don't match the model.... Get the 6ft drainage hose extension!!!!
